NEMTMark Driver — Support

The driver app for companies that run on NEMTMark. Operated by FleetMark LLC.

Ask your dispatcher first. NEMTMark Driver is a workplace app: your company creates your account, assigns your reservations and manages your hours. Most questions — a missing reservation, a login that doesn't work, a wrong address — are fixed fastest by the person running your dispatch, from their own dashboard, in under a minute.

Common questions

I can't sign in. Your account is created by your employer. Ask your dispatcher or administrator to check it is active, or to send you a new sign-in link. There is no public sign-up.
A reservation I expected isn't showing. Call dispatch — never drive a reservation that isn't assigned to you in the app. The app re-reads your list every minute and whenever you reopen it.
Dispatch says they can't see my location. Location is shared only while a reservation is in transit. Tap Start Reservation, allow location when the phone asks (Allow all the time on Android, Change to Always on iPhone), and keep the phone on its mount. The card on your reservation turns green when dispatch can see you.
My hours look wrong. Your timecard is your employer's record; they can correct a punch from their Timecards screen and the correction is logged.
